Getting started · For everyoneNew here? Start with the right place
Browse as a customer, or open your shop's business workspace.
What to do
Use Home to find published shops and product catalogues. You can read this Help Centre without signing in.
Sign in when you want to send a request, chat or see your private account activity.
Shop owners: open My business from your account. Staff: use My work with your approved account.
Keep in mindA business menu or guide link does not grant permission. Available tools depend on your shop, plan and role.
Getting started · For everyoneCreate an account
Keep your own mobile number and email ready.
What to do
Open Create account. Enter your name, email, Indian mobile number and a password of at least eight characters.
Complete the security check, request the SMS code and enter the latest six-digit code before it expires.
After mobile verification, follow the email verification link to enable email sign-in and recovery.
Keep in mindNever share your password or verification code, even with someone claiming to be support.
Getting started · For everyoneSign in or reset a forgotten password
Use the same account that owns your shop or requests.
What to do
Open Sign in and enter your registered details and password. You can choose code sign-in when offered.
For code sign-in, choose an available email or SMS option and enter the latest code. Wait for the resend timer before requesting another.
If you forgot your password, use Forgot password, verify ownership and set a new password. Return to Sign in.
Keep in mindAn email must be verified for email sign-in/recovery. If code delivery is unavailable, use your existing password or contact support.
Getting started · For customersUpdate your profile and saved addresses
Keep contact and address details accurate before sending a requirement.
What to do
Sign in and open My account. Use Settings to review your account details.
Open Addresses to add or edit the full street, locality, city, state and PIN details requested by the form.
Save and reopen the entry to confirm it. Select the correct address again when a workflow asks for one.
Keep in mindA saved address is not a delivery promise. Availability and lawful fulfilment must be confirmed separately.
Find a shop & enquire · For customersFind a shop and compare catalogues
Search by shop or product, then check the seller's details.
What to do
Start from Home or the relevant category. Search for a shop or product and use the filters shown.
Open a shop card. Read its address, contact details, product list, pack size and displayed price.
Compare the same product and pack quantity across shops. Ask the seller about current availability and final price.
Keep in mindPublished catalogue information can change. A low price, paid plan or listing badge is not proof of a valid fireworks licence.
Find a shop & enquire · For everyoneUnderstand a shop's verification score
Read the individual checks, not just the headline score.
What to do
Open the shop page and select its verification score or verification details.
Review which checks passed, which are missing, and which information is a seller declaration.
Ask the seller to confirm current licence details and applicable restrictions before proceeding.
Keep in mindVerification is not a guarantee of product quality, legal eligibility, availability or a completed purchase.
Find a shop & enquire · For customersSelect items and send your requirement
A fireworks requirement is an enquiry, not an online purchase.
What to do
Open the shop's catalogue or Quick Order. Select the products and quantities you need, checking units and packs.
Review My list and the selected shop. Sign in if asked, then check your contact details and submit once.
Keep the confirmation/reference. The shop can discuss prices and availability with you; check My requests for updates.
Keep in mindWe do not collect fireworks product payments or arrange fireworks delivery. Confirm all lawful arrangements directly with the seller.
Find a shop & enquire · For customersFind a request, quotation or sales order
Follow the saved reference instead of submitting the same request again.
What to do
Sign in with the account used for the original request and open My requests, quotations & sales orders.
Open the relevant request. Check shop, items, quantities, date, status and any linked quotation or order.
Contact that shop with the reference for changes, availability or a status clarification.
Keep in mindA quotation is an offer, not proof of payment. A submitted request is not seller acceptance or guaranteed supply.
Find a shop & enquire · For customersScan a shop QR or download its price list
The QR opens the shop's current public page.
What to do
Scan the printed QR with your phone camera. Check the website address and shop name before continuing.
Open the catalogue or price-list section. Use the download option if that shop provides one.
For an old downloaded list, reopen the live shop page and confirm prices, units and availability with the seller.
Keep in mindNo app installation is needed to open a public shop QR. A changed shop URL can make an old sticker invalid.
Chat & your activity · For customersChat with a shop
Keep product questions and replies in the right conversation.
What to do
Open the correct shop and tap Chat. Sign in with your own account if asked.
Mention the product, quantity or existing enquiry reference. Send only the necessary message or attachment.
Return through Messages to read replies. Confirm important commercial details with the seller.
Keep in mindA sent message does not guarantee an immediate reply. Never send passwords, OTPs or bank PINs in chat.
Chat & your activity · For customersFind saved items and account documents
Your account keeps supported saved activity and linked documents together.
What to do
Open My account and choose Saved to review items you saved while signed in.
Use Bills for documents explicitly linked to your account. Check the shop and document number before downloading.
If a bill is missing, ask the issuing shop to check the customer-account link; include the bill reference privately.
Keep in mindTyping a matching phone number does not grant access to someone else's bills. Saved items do not reserve stock.
Set up your shop · For shop ownersRegister your shop and open Business OS
Begin with your real business identity and contact details.
What to do
Sign in, open My business and choose to list a new business. Select the correct category.
Fill required name, contact and address fields. Add optional information only when accurate and available.
Submit once and check the saved business/status. Select that business when opening the owner workspace.
Keep in mindRegistration does not make a listing instantly public. Approval, listing visibility and enabled category are separate checks.
Set up your shop · For shop ownersEdit shop details, logo and public visibility
Make it easy for a customer to recognise and contact your shop.
What to do
Open Settings for the intended business. Check the shop name, full address, one correct contact number and branding.
Review Marketplace settings for listing and service-area options. Save supported changes and check the status.
Open the public shop link in a signed-out browser. Check image clarity, prices, links and mobile layout.
Keep in mindDo not invent licence or verification claims. A hidden or unapproved listing is not a broken customer account.
Set up your shop · For shop ownersSubmit shop verification evidence
Check what is required and share evidence only with consent.
What to do
Open Verification for your business and review the checklist and current results.
Provide accurate details and required readable evidence. Review consent and visibility before submitting.
Return to see accepted, missing or rejected checks. Correct only the requested information and use withdrawal controls if needed.
Keep in mindPaid membership and seller declarations do not replace independent evidence checks or legal licences.
Set up your shop · For shop ownersPrint two door QR stickers for your shop
Customers can scan and view your catalogue without installing an app.
What to do
Open Marketplace and find Your Shop QR Print Kit. Confirm the shop is approved, listing is on and its category is enabled.
Choose the portrait print size, preview the name, logo, full address and phone. Download 2 stickers (PDF), one for each side of the entrance.
Print at actual size on matte weather-resistant material. Keep the QR's white border and scan a printed sample before bulk printing.
Keep in mindReprint if the shop URL, printed name, address or phone changes. Status/Story PNG options are also available in the print kit.
Set up your shop · For shop ownersChoose a plan or fix a subscription payment
Check current features, limits and renewal details before paying.
What to do
Open Plan in your business to check current access, validity and the plan needed for a tool.
Review the current price, taxes, terms and cancellation/refund policy on the approved purchase screen.
After payment, check the receipt and active plan. If money was deducted without activation, contact support with date, amount and payment reference.
Keep in mindDo not pay again while a payment is uncertain. Android may show plan information without offering an in-app purchase flow.
Products & catalogue · For shop ownersAdd or edit a product
Set a clear identity, correct price and the right selling unit.
What to do
Open Products. Add a product or open an existing record; choose its category and brand where applicable.
Enter the product name, code, unit, prices and requested tax details. Upload a clear product image and review channel visibility.
Save, reopen and preview the item in the intended catalogue/POS. Check opening stock separately before entering a quantity.
Keep in mindDo not use product edits to hide an unexplained stock difference; use a reasoned stock adjustment.
Products & catalogue · For shop ownersSet box/carton units and product combos
A pack price and the number of base units must agree.
What to do
Open Product units and define how many base units one box or carton contains, with its selling price.
Review conversions before saving. Retire an obsolete conversion rather than assuming old bills will change.
For a combo, choose the component products and quantities in Combos; verify what stock each sale consumes.
Keep in mindNever treat one carton as one piece unless that is the saved conversion. Old documents retain their original snapshots.
Products & catalogue · For shop ownersChange prices, categories and brands
Preview bulk changes before applying them.
What to do
Use Pricing to review price books and channel-specific values for the correct products.
For many items, use Catalogue tools to select the affected products and preview the proposed price change.
Apply once, check saved values and review the catalogue. Maintain Categories and Brands to keep browsing organised.
Keep in mindA price edit is not a stock adjustment and does not rewrite already-issued invoices.
Products & catalogue · For shop ownersImport products from Excel or CSV
Use the current template and resolve validation errors first.
What to do
Open Import / Export. Export existing data as a reference and download the template if offered.
Fill the supported columns without changing units or identifiers accidentally. Upload and review row-level validation and mapping.
Correct rejected rows, confirm the import once and inspect the saved products. Keep the result before considering another import.
Keep in mindAn exported product file is not a complete business backup. Do not re-upload blindly after a timeout.
Products & catalogue · For shop ownersPrint barcode labels and document copies
Check size and readability on a small sample first.
What to do
Open Barcode labels and select the saved products and copy count.
Preview label layout and printer paper settings; print a sample and scan it on your actual device.
For existing bills, use Documents to preview, print or download the saved PDF instead of creating another sale.
Keep in mindPrinter/scanner support depends on the real device. Printing a copy does not create another transaction.
Billing & sales · For shop ownersCreate a counter bill in POS
Check items, quantity, tax and actual payment before confirming.
What to do
Open Sales / POS for the intended business. Search or scan the product and select the correct pack and quantity.
Review customer details where needed, prices, discounts, tax and total. Record only the money actually received with its method.
Confirm once and wait for the saved bill number. Open its receipt and print/download a copy if needed.
Keep in mindCashier staff have bounded full-payment billing access. If the result is uncertain, recover the original bill; do not bill again.
Billing & sales · For shop ownersEstimate → quotation → order → invoice
Choose the document that matches the real stage of the sale.
What to do
Use an estimate for a preliminary calculation or a quotation to propose items, quantities, prices and validity to a customer.
When accepted, progress an eligible document through the provided order/invoice action so its source link is retained.
Review the final numbered invoice, taxes and outstanding amount. Record collection separately from issuing the invoice.
Keep in mindAn estimate, quotation or invoice is not proof that cash reached your bank.
Billing & sales · For shop ownersCollect dues and handle customer advances
Keep invoices, receipts and unused customer funds distinct.
What to do
Open Customer dues or Pending collections and choose the right customer and invoice.
After receiving money, enter the actual amount, method, date and reference. Check the saved receipt and remaining due.
Review Customer funds for advances/credits; apply or refund only eligible amounts using the shown workflow.
Keep in mindDo not mark an unpaid promise as cash. Never repeat an uncertain receipt or refund as a new transaction.
Billing & sales · For shop ownersReturn goods or cancel an invoice
A return, a credit and a cash refund are different events.
What to do
Find the original sale and confirm billed quantities and any previous returns.
Use Returns for returned goods. Review accepted quantity, stock effect and credit/refund details before confirming.
Use invoice cancellation only for an eligible unsupplied invoice, with a reason. Inspect its saved financial effect.
Keep in mindA recorded credit is not a bank refund. Do not cancel a supplied sale just to avoid the goods-return workflow.
Billing & sales · For shop ownersReply to marketplace enquiries and chat
Keep the customer's original requirement and your response connected.
What to do
Open Leads or Marketplace orders/enquiries for the selected shop and inspect the reference and requested items.
Clarify units, available quantity and final price with the customer. Use business Chat for the relevant conversation.
Update the supported status and create a linked sales document only when the real business stage warrants it.
Keep in mindFireworks remains enquiry-only online. Do not describe an enquiry as a paid online order.
Purchases & stock · For shop ownersRecord a supplier purchase and payment
Record goods received and money paid as separate facts.
What to do
Create or select the supplier. Enter the supplier bill reference, date, products, units, quantities and known costs.
Check tax and totals, then record actual received quantities using the purchase workflow.
Record only payments actually made. Reopen the purchase and supplier balance to verify the result.
Keep in mindDo not enter a purchase again after a timeout. Check Purchase recovery with the original request first.
Purchases & stock · For shop ownersReceive a purchase order or return to a supplier
Track accepted goods, rejected quantities and supplier credits.
What to do
Open the purchase order and record the quantities that actually arrived, including partial accepted/rejected arrivals.
For a supplier return, select the original purchase and eligible quantities; check the saved return and cost effect.
In Supplier credits, review the balance and apply it to an eligible bill or record an actual refund separately.
Keep in mindA supplier credit is not cash in hand. Keep the original receipt/return references.
Purchases & stock · For shop ownersCheck stock and correct a counted difference
Use base units and a clear reason for every adjustment.
What to do
Open Inventory, search the product and check its current base-unit quantity and movement history.
Count physical stock. For damage, loss or count correction, use the controlled adjustment with an accurate signed quantity and reason.
Save once and review before/after quantities and the movement record. Use low-stock views to plan replenishment.
Keep in mindIf a stock save is uncertain, use Inventory recovery. Do not repeat the adjustment or edit the opening balance to hide it.
Purchases & stock · For shop ownersManage godowns, transfers and batches
Keep location and batch records traceable.
What to do
Maintain accurate godown/location records and product batch or lot details in Stock tools.
Create a transfer record with the correct source, destination, products and quantities.
Check actual physical handover and related movement evidence before accepting location totals.
Keep in mindGodown/transfer documents alone are not a reconciled per-location stock ledger or proof of licensed storage capacity.
Accounts & reports · For shop ownersRead cash book, ledgers and customer balances
Start with source documents before trusting a summary balance.
What to do
Open Accounts and choose the relevant date range, account or customer ledger.
Inspect debit/credit entries and follow their invoice, receipt, credit or refund references.
Use Customer activity/balances to distinguish outstanding invoices from unused advances. Review reconciliation warnings.
Keep in mindAccounting entries do not prove external bank movement. Missing opening balances or source links need review.
Accounts & reports · For shop ownersMatch bank statements and close a period
Reconcile existing records before locking a finished period.
What to do
Open Bank reconciliation, import the supported bank statement and inspect its lines.
Match statement lines to existing recorded vouchers. Investigate missing or duplicate entries instead of inventing a payment.
In Period close, review the live checklist for a finished period. Lock only after checking; use the controlled reopen request if correction is needed.
Keep in mindMatching never creates a payment. Closing locks dated postings; it does not file tax returns or certify statutory accounts.
Accounts & reports · For shop ownersGST settings, invoices and filing preparation
Use correct registration details and confirm statutory actions separately.
What to do
Set the business tax type and GST registration accurately in GST settings, with professional advice where needed.
Review source invoices, tax splits and GST workspace records for the selected period.
For IRN/e-way bill records or challans, check eligibility and actual provider/portal issuance. Reconcile before filing.
Keep in mindA saved payload is not government acceptance. Registration settings do not automatically enable paid billing tools.
Accounts & reports · For shop ownersRead sales, stock and profit reports correctly
Check period, returns, missing costs and the meaning of each total.
What to do
Choose a date range and report: sales by product/customer/channel, purchase, stock or tax.
Compare gross sales, completed return credits and net sales. Read missing-cost, tax and historical-date warnings.
Trace unusual totals to source documents and reconcile expenses and cost of goods before using financial statements.
Keep in mindSales minus purchases is not profit. Views are not unique customers, and operational sales are not bank collections.
Customers & team · For shop ownersManage contacts, leads and follow-ups
Keep the next customer action visible to the right team.
What to do
In CRM, create or check the contact and lead. Confirm identity and contact details before importing duplicates.
Move genuine deals through the pipeline and schedule a dated follow-up with the needed context.
Record the outcome, complete the task and review activity. For appointments, publish times and mark actual completion/no-show.
Keep in mindCRM assignments are separate from general staff access. Import only contact data you are entitled to use.
Customers & team · For shop ownersConnect WhatsApp and manage customer messages
Use a connected business number and customer-consent controls.
What to do
Open CRM Connections and complete the supported WhatsApp Business connection. Check connection and webhook status.
Use Inbox for customer conversations. Review the recipient, context and attachments before replying.
For template campaigns, select an approved template and eligible consenting recipients; review before sending and inspect delivery results.
Keep in mindA saved template or enabled automation is not proof of delivery. Provider approval, consent, limits and configuration still apply.
Customers & team · For shop ownersPromotions, referral links and results
Prepare content, share deliberately and measure attributable activity.
What to do
Choose the relevant marketing tool for offers, content or campaigns and check product/price claims.
Preview the content or referral link before sharing through your chosen channel. Check that it opens the intended shop.
Review attributable activity and recorded spend. Record commission payments only when actually made.
Keep in mindSaving content is not publishing it. A referral view does not guarantee a sale or commission; recorded ad spend is not an ad-network payment.
Customers & team · For shop ownersGive staff the right access
Each person should use their own approved account, not the owner's password.
What to do
Open Roles & access, review the staff request/invitation and confirm the intended person's identity.
Choose only the needed supported role. Cashier bills, Viewer reads the selling catalogue, Warehouse handles permitted stock work.
Have staff open My work with their own login. Review and revoke access when their responsibility ends.
Keep in mindAccountant is a bounded period-reopen reviewer, not a full ledger/posting role. CRM, counter, driver and TMS grants are separate. Hiding a menu does not revoke access.
Customers & team · For shop ownersEmployees, attendance, leave and salary estimates
Keep dated staff records accurate without treating estimates as payments.
What to do
Create the employee record with accurate employment details in HRMS.
Record attendance for the correct employee/day and review leave dates before approving or rejecting.
Review salary registers and attendance-based estimates against your actual payroll process.
Keep in mindAn employee record does not grant app access. Salary estimates are not finalized payroll, statutory deductions or proof of payment.
More business tools · For shop ownersSet up your own online store
Your public marketplace listing and own branded store are different surfaces.
What to do
Open Online store and check your plan/category eligibility before configuring store identity and address.
Use Setup and Design to review layout, theme and content; preview on mobile and desktop.
Open the published store and inspect products. Review own-store orders separately from marketplace enquiries.
Keep in mindA custom domain needs verified DNS/TLS setup. Category restrictions still apply; fireworks is enquiry-only.
More business tools · For shop ownersUse a private wholesale catalogue
Buyer access requires the supplier's explicit approval.
What to do
Buyers: open B2B Buy, find an opted-in supplier and request catalogue access.
Sellers: use B2B Sell to opt in, select private products/prices and review buyer requests.
Approve only intended buyers and revoke access when appropriate. Confirm trade details directly.
Keep in mindPublic listing, pairing interest or a paid plan does not grant access to private wholesale prices.
More business tools · For shop ownersBook general-goods transport and track pickups
Check carrier eligibility and service availability before requesting a booking.
What to do
Open Move, compare published services/routes and check the carrier's booking terms.
Enter accurate consignee, parcel and permitted goods details. Review charges and submit once.
Track the booking/pickup reference and contact the carrier for actual collection or delivery changes.
Keep in mindPublic Transport is for general goods, not fireworks, hazardous goods or passengers. A request is not guaranteed acceptance or delivery.
More business tools · For shop ownersRun a transport office, fleet and driver work
Transport-company tools have separate roles and business eligibility.
What to do
Eligible transport owners: set up branches, routes, rates and numbering in the transport office.
Review bookings, trips and assignments. Maintain vehicle/driver documents, fuel, maintenance and trip costs with evidence.
Use separately approved counter, TMS or linked-driver access. Record COD handovers/settlements distinctly and inspect audit history.
Keep in mindLive location needs consent and device support; ETA is an estimate. A driver record alone is not active approved driver access.
More business tools · For shop ownersRecord materials and production
Define material quantities before recording finished output.
What to do
Maintain raw materials with correct units, available quantities and known costs.
Create a bill of materials linking the finished product to required material quantities.
Review the production order before completion/cancellation and inspect saved material consumption and output.
Keep in mindThese records do not certify licensed manufacturing or complete per-location and production-cost accounting.
More business tools · For shop ownersDashboard, approvals, documents and personal tools
Find today's tasks without confusing notes with saved business transactions.
What to do
Use the business dashboard for today's sales, dues and pending work. Open a source record for details.
Review approval requests with reasons and evidence. Use Documents to find saved bills and PDF copies.
Use Calculator for quick calculations and Notepad/Tasks for personal reminders. Open the app directory for every registered business menu.
Keep in mindNotepad and Tasks are browser-local, not staff-shared or cross-device synced, and are not included in business backups.
Fix a problem · For everyoneOTP not arriving or code rejected?
Check the destination and use only the newest code.
What to do
Check the entered email/mobile number, SMS reception and email spam folder. Complete the security check if required.
Wait for the resend timer. A newly requested code replaces the older code; enter it before the expiry shown.
If delivery is unavailable, use password sign-in where possible. Contact support if you cannot access the registered contact.
Keep in mindRepeated requests can be limited. Do not create duplicate shop accounts to bypass a login issue.
Fix a problem · For everyoneAlready signed in, but asked to sign in again?
Check account, website address and browser session first.
What to do
Open santhaiapp.com in the same browser. Check My account to confirm the signed-in identity.
If a link opened a different browser, private window or app, sign in there with the same account; sessions are not automatically shared.
Preserve the page URL and any unsent text, then sign in and reopen the original page. If it repeats, report the exact action and time.
Keep in mindDo not clear app/browser data if you may have unsynced work. Never share session cookies or sign-in codes with support.
Fix a problem · For everyoneQR opens Page not found, or shop is missing
Check the current public URL and listing status.
What to do
Check the scanned address for santhaiapp.com and the correct shop slug; do not type a guessed shop link.
Owners: open Marketplace, copy the current catalogue link and check approval, listing visibility and category availability.
Try the current link signed out. Replace/reprint stale QR stickers only after the correct public page opens.
Keep in mindA listing can be unavailable because it is hidden, unapproved or restricted—not only because of a spelling mistake.
Fix a problem · For shop ownersSave timed out: did my bill or payment go through?
Stop and recover the original result before doing anything twice.
What to do
Keep the screen, original request/reference, time and error. Do not press submit repeatedly or create a replacement request.
Restore the connection and use the workflow's recovery/read-back option. Finance, purchases, supplier credits and inventory have separate recovery tools.
Confirm the original saved document or unresolved status. If uncertain, contact support with the reference and wait for reconciliation before retrying.
Keep in mindA network error does not prove the save failed. Repeating a bill, payment, refund or stock change can duplicate real business effects.
Fix a problem · For shop ownersA tool is missing, locked or says Access denied
Check business, plan and role—not just whether a menu is visible.
What to do
Confirm you selected the intended business and signed in with the right account.
Check the plan and category required by the tool. Owners can review navigation preferences in Settings.
Staff should open My work and ask the owner to review active membership and capability. Transport/CRM roles have separate scopes.
Keep in mindDo not share the owner's login or try to bypass a denied action. A guide link never overrides server permission checks.
Fix a problem · For everyoneUse mobile, desktop and offline work safely
Available functions vary by installed version and connection mode.
What to do
Use the current mobile website or your authorised installed app. Confirm the account, business and app version.
Before offline work, check that the specific screen supports it and that required data is already available. Do not assume every screen works offline.
Reconnect and review pending sync/conflicts and saved server records. Keep the device until all important work is confirmed.
Keep in mindDo not uninstall, reset storage or clear browser data with unsynced work. An online page does not prove native/offline feature parity.
Fix a problem · For everyoneImage upload, PDF or printer not working
Check the exact file or document before repeating an action.
What to do
For uploads, follow the file type/size limits shown on the form. Check your connection and use a clear supported image.
For downloads, allow the browser's download and open the saved file in a PDF reader. Check the document was already saved.
Check paper size, printer connection and preview; test one page. If it fails, share the document reference and error, not a new sale.
Keep in mindRetrying a print is different from resubmitting a bill. Keep private customer data out of public screenshots.
Fix a problem · For everyoneGet support, report a listing or request deletion
Send enough detail to investigate, without sending secrets.
What to do
For product price, availability or an enquiry, contact that shop. For a platform problem, email support@santhaiapp.in.
Include the page URL, shop name, reference, time, device and what you expected versus what happened. Hide unrelated personal data in screenshots.
For account/data deletion, read the Account deletion page and send the ownership-verifiable request. Review retention and business-record implications.
Keep in mindNever send passwords, OTPs, card PINs or session cookies. Support is not an emergency service and response times are not guaranteed here.
Still need a hand?
For prices and availability, contact the shop. For account or platform issues, we're here to help.
Send the page URL, reference and what went wrong. Never send your password or OTP.Fireworks requirements are enquiries, not online purchases. Confirm current prices, licence details and lawful arrangements with the seller.
Chat & your activity · For everyone
Posts, follows and reporting a problem
Use the social options that are enabled on the page you are viewing.
What to do
Open a shop's Posts section or the feed when available. Sign in before posting, following or responding.
Review your text and media before submitting. Share only material you own or have permission to use.
Use an available report option for abuse, or send support the public page URL and a brief explanation.
Keep in mindA view count is not a count of unique paying customers. Disabled social options may not be available for that page.
