We are here to help with SanthaiApp orders, sellers, rides, deliveries, Workforce jobs, your account and our business software. You do not need to sign in to contact us.
Orders, prices and deliveries
For an order's price, availability, delivery or refund, contact the shop first from the order page or the shop's Contact tab; the seller is responsible for its goods and delivery. If the seller does not help, email us with the order number and shop name.
Report a seller, listing, post or job
Use the report option in the app, or email us the link and a short explanation. Tell us if you suspect fraud, a fake job post, misleading claims, unsafe goods or misuse of your details.
Privacy and your account
To access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent or nominate someone to act for you, email us with your registered phone number. You can delete your account yourself from the Account deletion page.
Business plans and payments
For Santhai BuizOS and other business plans, include your business name, registered phone number, plan and, for payment issues, the payment reference, date and amount. If money was deducted but your plan is not active, do not pay again until we have checked.
