Shipping and delivery policy
SanthaiApp orders come from local shops near you. Each seller decides where it delivers, what it charges and how quickly it can deliver, and delivers itself or through an independent delivery partner. You can also choose to collect from the shop where the seller offers it.
Delivery area
Sellers deliver within their own service area. We use your delivery address or, with your permission, your device location to show shops that deliver to you. If an address is outside a shop's area, you can choose another shop or pick up at the shop.
Delivery charges and minimum order
Any delivery charge, packing charge or minimum order value is set by the seller and shown before you place the order. You pay it to the seller with your order.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery times are shown when you order and depend on the seller, distance, traffic and weather. They are estimates, not guarantees. Follow your order in My orders or on the Track order page; the seller or delivery partner may call you about your delivery.
Cash on delivery and UPI
Pay the delivery partner or seller in cash or by UPI to the seller when your order arrives, or in advance by UPI if the seller asks. Check the items and the amount before paying. Delivery partners must not ask for more than the order amount shown.
Failed or late delivery
If no one is available, the address is wrong or the order is refused, the seller may try again, ask you to collect, or cancel the order. If your order is very late or does not arrive, contact the seller from the order page, then our Grievance Officer if it is not resolved.
Shop pickup
For pay-at-shop and pickup orders, collect your order at the shop during its opening hours, show the order number and pay the seller at the counter.
Parcels and goods vehicles
Parcel and goods-vehicle bookings are carried out by independent drivers. Pack goods safely and describe them honestly. Explosives, gas cylinders, hazardous, illegal or dangerous goods and passengers are not allowed in parcel or goods-vehicle bookings.
Fireworks
Fireworks: sold only by licensed sellers where the fireworks department is open; subject to local laws and festival-time rules; no delivery where prohibited.
Business software plans
Santhai BuizOS and other business plans are digital services with no physical shipment. After your payment is confirmed, the plan is activated on your business account; check its status in the business panel. If money was deducted but the plan is not active, contact us with the payment reference and do not pay again.
