A seller-details and fireworks enquiry checklist
Use a clear item list and a few specific questions to reduce misunderstandings. The checklist below separates seller identity, catalogue details and an enquiry from any later offline agreement.
Check the business, not just a badge
Compare the business or legal name, address and contact details in the shop profile with the seller's response. Ask for current licence details and supporting evidence where needed. A supplied licence number, shop photo, paid plan or published listing is not proof of independent verification.
If details conflict, pause and ask the shop to explain. Marketplace ratings and reviews on external services are separate sources; neither should replace checking the identity and current evidence relevant to the business you are contacting.
Ask for a quote you can understand
Give the seller the exact catalogue references and requested quantities. Ask it to identify the unit used for each price and clarify any missing pack information. Do not assume that an item with a similar name is an agreed substitute.
- Which named items are currently available, and what is inside each quoted selling unit?
- What is the final itemised price, and are taxes or other charges included?
- How long is the quote valid, and do any minimum quantities apply?
- What invoice and cancellation or refund terms would apply to a separate lawful offline sale?
Keep the enquiry separate from a purchase
An enquiry, estimate reference or seller reply does not place a fireworks order, reserve stock, confirm payment or book delivery through SanthaiApp. Any later lawful offline sale is a separate agreement between you and the seller.
Check the current licensing and local restrictions before discussing any sale, collection or transport arrangement. Do not use ordinary post or courier, or the platform's general-goods transport service, for fireworks. The marketplace policies describe the service limits; this checklist is not permission to bypass them.
Share only what the enquiry needs
Use your own contact details, or have the person's permission before sending an enquiry for them. The selected shop receives the details needed to respond; that is not blanket consent for unrelated promotional messages. Do not share passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials.
Keep the shop link and enquiry reference if one is provided. If a listing is misleading or your details are misused, the marketplace policies explain how to report it with non-sensitive evidence. Do not assume the platform can reverse money paid directly to a seller or guarantee that every shop will respond.

Replace the bracketed notes with your own catalogue references. Send the message only to the shop you intend to contact; this page does not submit it or reserve anything.
